Penelope is a pioneer of a hybrid education model that blends online and in-person learning, giving families unprecedented flexibility without compromising academic outcomes or pastoral care. Her work sits at the intersection of innovation, education and AI building education models for the future that scale globally while remaining deeply human.

Jamie founded Crimson Education at seventeen, after being admitted to 25 of the world’s top universities including Harvard, Stanford, Cambridge, MIT and every Ivy League school. He chose Harvard, graduating magna cum laude two years early with a double-degree in applied mathematics and economics.

A Stanford MBA as an Arjay Miller Scholar, a Rhodes Scholarship and DPhil at Oxford, and a Juris Doctor from Yale Law School followed. Crimson is now the world’s largest university-admissions company US$1B valuation, 800+ employees, 25+ countries. He founded Crimson Global Academy in 2019 and Crimson Academies in 2025, to build the institutions he wished had existed when he applied.
